Include your app version, device model, iOS version, and a description of what happened. Do not send passwords, API keys, payment-card details, or sensitive prompt content.
Account deletion
In the TokenSmith mobile app, open the sidebar, choose Settings, then select Delete account. This permanently removes the account and associated data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Sign-in help
Confirm that you are using the email address registered to your TokenSmith account. If you created a new account, complete any email-confirmation step before signing in.
Model or credit errors
Model availability can change, and cloud requests require sufficient TokenSmith credits. Send the exact error message to support, but never include your password or access token.
AI data-sharing permission
TokenSmith asks before sending messages and relevant conversation context to the provider of your selected AI model. You can withdraw or review this permission in Settings → AI data sharing. After withdrawal, the app asks again before sending another model request.
