Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of the TokenSmith mobile app, website, API, and related services. By creating an account or using TokenSmith, you agree to these Terms and Apple’s standard licensed application end-user license agreement where it applies.

Your account

You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and notify us of unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. You may delete your account from the mobile app settings.

Permitted use

You may use TokenSmith only in compliance with applicable law and the rights of others. You may not use the service to develop or distribute malware, facilitate fraud or abuse, violate privacy or intellectual-property rights, bypass access or usage controls, disrupt the service, or generate illegal content.

AI output

AI-generated output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on or sharing it. TokenSmith is not a substitute for qualified medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice. Availability and behavior vary by model provider.

Credits and billing

Cloud-model usage may consume TokenSmith credits associated with your account. The iOS app does not offer web checkout or direct users to an external purchase flow. Any billing option made available in a particular storefront must comply with that storefront’s rules. Except where required by law or the applicable storefront, used credits are not refundable. Account deletion permanently forfeits remaining promotional or purchased TokenSmith credits.

Your content

You retain rights you have in content you submit. You grant TokenSmith the limited rights needed to transmit, process, store, and display that content to operate and secure the service. You must have the rights and permissions needed to submit the content.

Third-party services

With your explicit permission, TokenSmith routes requests to the third-party AI provider associated with the model you select. You may withdraw that permission from the mobile app settings. Requested web-assisted answers may also use a third-party search provider. These services may be subject to separate terms. TokenSmith is not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

Availability and termination

We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service and may restrict accounts that violate these Terms or create security, legal, or operational risk. You may stop using TokenSmith or delete your account at any time.

Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TokenSmith is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TokenSmith will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.

Changes

We may update these Terms. We will post the updated version and change the date above. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law.
